These wings are a yummy combination of hot and garlic parm wings that will become your new favorite wing recipe, it is mine. Net Carbs:1 per serving of 2 wings.

  1. Preheat oven to 275°F.
  2. Pat wings dry and put into a ziplock bag.
  3. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, and baking powder to the ziplock bag.
  4. Shake the chicken wings to coat.
  5. Grease a wire rack and place it in a foil-lined cookie sheet.
  6. Lay wings in the baking rack and place in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Turn heat up to 425°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  8. While the wings are cooking, you should prepare the sauce.
  9. Melt butter in a saucepan or in the microwave.
  10. Add hot sauce and minced garlic to butter.
  11. Remove wings from oven and place in a bowl.
  12. Pour sauce over the hot wings, add Parmesan cheese, and toss to coat well.
