  • 12 oz. bag fresh whole cranberries
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 ½ tsp. orange extract
  • 2- 3 tsp. liquid stevia or to taste


  • Pour the whole bag of cranberries into a medium saucepan with the water.
  • Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 8-10 minutes or until cranberries mash easily with a spoon.
  • Mash cranberries with a spoon.
  • Leave some cranberries whole (optional).
  • Stir in emulsion and stevia.
  • Add chopped walnuts and stir.
  • Cool to room temperature. Place in an airtight container and store in the refrigerator or serve immediately after cooling.
