This is a quick easy slow cooker meal that will please the whole family. It just makes staying keto so easy. Pair with a vegetable and you have yourself a great dinner.

Ingredients

  • 3-4 lbs chicken thighs bone-in and skin on about 8 pieces
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 oz packet taco seasoning
  • sour cream optional
  • green onions optional
  • red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • In a crockpot, add chicken broth and half the package of taco seasoning.
  • Whisk together to blend.
  • Add chicken thighs to your slow cooker
    and the rest of taco seasoning on top of chicken thighs.
  • Push down a little on the thighs to submerge them a bit.
  • Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until no longer pink inside.
  • Serve with sour cream and garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes (optional).
