chicken thighs bone-in and skin on
about 8 pieces
1
cup
chicken broth
1 oz
packet
taco seasoning
sour cream
optional
green onions
optional
red pepper flakes
optional
Instructions
In a crockpot, add chicken broth and half the package of taco seasoning.
Whisk together to blend.
Add chicken thighs to your slow cooker
and the rest of taco seasoning on top of chicken thighs.
Push down a little on the thighs to submerge them a bit.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until no longer pink inside.
Serve with sour cream and garnish with green onions and red pepper flakes (optional).
