1) Yogurt Maker
Is the yogurt in the stores too high in carbs or too expensive? That has been my experience. If you want that yogurt you are craving to stay low in carbs the best thing to do is make your own.

2) Keto T-Shirts

Do you have someone on your list that loves wearing t-shirts? I used to run a t-shirt business before starting this blog and because I loved keto it just made sense to design some keto shirts. The shirts that are linked to here are my own designs, but there are a lot of keto shirts out there. Consider a t-shirt for a holiday gift.

3) Ice Cream Maker

This is also a great machine to have and I use mine a lot. The cost of low-carb ice creams is very expensive for what you get. You can make your own for a fraction of the cost and know exactly what goes into it. A lot of the low-carb ice creams are way too high in carbs for my liking. Plus, they have unhealthy stuff in them that I do not want to eat. I am not giving up ice cream, so I make my own.

4) Magic Bullet Blender

This can be used for smoothies and for bulletproof coffee. You can use it to make bulletproof ice coffee or hot. It is a great little machine to just whip up stuff and take it with you. If using it for hot drinks you can pour it back into a mug. I wouldn’t suggest drinking it hot from the container, but you can blend it in already hot.

5) Crock-Pot

This is a great gift for anyone. I just love my Crock-Pot. It makes eating keto so much easier. I love being able to throw dinner together, let it cook all day, and dinner is done. I have had my Crock-Pot for a long time, but since going keto I use it just so I don’t have to cook for a day. Let’s face it, being keto involves a lot of cooking, so anything that can save time from that is a great thing.

6) Instant Pot

Now, I will be honest, I don’t have an Instant Pot, but I hear they are great and there are tons of low-carb and keto recipes out there for Instant Pots. I thought I would include it on this list just because it is a time-saving device and very popular. I guess this model does what a slow cooker and yogurt maker would do as well as a few other things. That is several gifts in one device. Can’t go wrong there.

7) Fat Bomb Molds

So, one of the things that I bought early on was fat bomb molds. They are just a nice thing to have on hand. The silicone molds make it just so easy to get the fat bombs out of them without having to put cooking spray on it. This is a must-have for any keto dieter. I love fat bombs and you could make so many different kinds that you could have a different one every night of the week if you wanted. I suggest getting different size molds so that you always have the size you want on hand when you want that sweet treat. I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. Yum!!!

8) Spiralizer

Have you ever priced the already spiralized vegetables at the grocery store before? It is WAY overpriced for something you can do so easily at home. So, even if you can’t have pasta you can have zoodles and enjoy that great “pasta” dinner you have been craving. You probably have someone on your holiday list that would love this.

9) Mandoline Slicer

I have had a mandoline for years and I love it. It makes having to cut up vegetables so much easier. I used to use it a lot for potatoes, but now I use it for zucchini, squash, or any other vegetable that I want in a disk or French-fry shape. If the person on your list loves jicama, zucchini, rutabaga, or turnips, then this is a great gadget. I, of course, prefer my cauliflower fries, but I don’t use my mandolin for that.

10) Coffee Grinder

I bought a coffee grinder after becoming keto because I not only wanted to have fresh ground coffee but also to use it for spices and for powdering erythritol. I do mention this in a few of my recipes, that we grind our erythritol in a coffee grinder. It is so much cheaper to buy the erythritol as granular and powder it yourself. You will get a lot more out of the bag. In my opinion, this is a must-have for anyone doing keto.

11) Stand Mixer

With all the baking that is done when on the keto diet you need a stand mixer that can handle the job. Even if the job is just making yummy whipped cream for berries or to top that great mug cake. This is a great gift for anyone, especially someone doing keto because they have to make most of their own desserts. Why not have a great mixer to do that with?

12) Egg Maker

Let’s face it, for most keto dieters eggs are a big part of the diet. If the person on your list loves eggs then an egg maker would be a great gift. You can get one like this egg maker that makes hard-boiled, soft-boiled, poached, scrambled, and individual omelets. It is a real-time saver and time is always a great gift to get.

13) Blender/Food Processor

I love equipment that can do double duty. I have a blender that has a food processor attachment and I love it. It takes up less room than if you have both machines. If you have someone on your list that is in need of both these machines then this would be a great gift.

14) Knife Set

Having the right knife for the job is always the best way to go. If your loved one needs new knives consider a knife set as a holiday gift. They could chop to their heart’s content.
15) Waffle Maker

Waffle makers are not just for waffles anymore, they can cook tons of other stuff. From brownies to pizza, there are a lot of recipes out there for different things you can make in a waffle maker. Not to mention making yummy waffles. This is a great gift.

16) Mini Cake Pans

With these molds, you can make mini bundt cakes and doughnuts. The person you give this to could make a ton of different little cakes or grab one for yourself. Who wouldn’t like to get these little molds that are soo cute?

17) Doughnut/Bagel Silicone Molds

This mold makes full-size bagels or doughnuts, so the person who receives this could make all the doughnuts and bagels that they want. Pair this with some everything bagel seasoning for a great gift.

18) Cast Iron Pan

Cast iron pans are just one of those pans that make a super gift. This pre-seasoned pan is great because the person that you are giving it to does not have to even season it. It is ready to use right out of the box. This is a pan that will last for years and years for the lucky person on your list.

19) Electric Salt And Pepper Grinder Set

This is, of course, not a requirement, but it does make a great gift. A lot of great gifts are things you may not buy for yourself, but would really like to have and I think that this really fits that description. It would make a great gift with some black peppercorns and Himalayan Pink Salt .

20) Gorilla Grip Cutting Boards

With keto there is always a lot of cutting stuff up, at least for me. So why not give some cutting boards that will last and have a lot of great features. Pair this with the knife set and what a great gift to get for the holidays.

Happy Holidays!!!! 🙂
