Keto Garlic Parm Buffalo Chicken Dip
This is a great recipe for a chicken dip that it keto-friendly. If you have been on my blog before you will see that I love this flavor combination. I have made several recipes with this flavor profile, from wings to pork tenderloin these flavors just work well together. Now I have made it into an amazing dip that would be great for any gathering.
Not the Same Old Chicken Dip
I have had chicken wing dip lots of times at family gatherings and workplace potlucks. Even though it is great and there are several different variations on the same dip, this is not the same old chicken dip. I added some of the same ingredients, however also included other items that you would not usually find in a chicken wing dip. So, if you want a new dip to serve at your next potluck then try this one. It combines garlic parmesan wing flavors with buffalo wing flavors into one delicious dip.
Easy Dips Are the Best
This dip is so super easy to just throw together and heat up. You could even put it all in a small crockpot and it would stay hot and yummy. I use canned chicken in this recipe, but feel free to use rotisserie or shredded chicken breast. I just used canned because I wanted it super easy and quick to do. Serve this up with fresh cut veggies or our Keto Crackers and you have yourself a party.

Keto Garlic Parm Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 12.5 oz. can chicken breast
- 2 Tbsp. ranch dressing
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
Instructions

In a saucepan over medium heat add cream cheese and butter until butter has melted and cream cheese is softened. Whisk together.

Add hot sauce, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and minced garlic. Whisk together until thoroughly heated through and parmesan cheese melts in.

Add chicken breast, ranch dressing, and salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.

Place in a serving bowl and serve hot with cut veggies or keto crackers.
